A little over five years ago I became very ill and ended up in the hospital for almost a week. I made a decision then and there that I would never put myself, my family and friends in this situation again.
I was making poor lifestyle choices. My eating habits were disgusting and my physical activity was non-existent.
This blog is about my journey to a healthier lifestyle. It’s about what has worked for me and what hasn’t. My goal is to help as many people as I can along the way. I want to inspire people. I want someone to say “because of you, I didn’t give up.”
I don’t want this to turn into just another fitness blog. I hope you check back regularly. I’m just getting started. Blogging is all new to me but something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time. I appreciate your comments and constructive criticisms along the way.
