Burn Boot Camp posts awesome transformation photos of their clients, videos and photos of their workouts. They also posts their workouts in advance.
They offer great recipes and rumor has it they sell have a kicka$$ protein called “Afterburn” that I have yet to try, but hear from “reliable sources” that it’s great and comes with recipes as well….stay tuned!
