I’ve conquered this bike tour 2x. Its an excellent ride. The volunteers are amazing and the food at the rest stops is out-of-this world. The tour itself looks to be re-routed this year-but travels thru beautiful cities around Lake Minnetonka Hopkins thru Edina. It’s a relatively easy flat course. You can choose 29/45 or the Metric Century 62.2 mile course.
The first year I rode this it was a record setting 108 degrees on the 4th of July and actually finished (near death) the 50 mile course.
